This project develops a friendly mascot and visual system for a public employment office in Fukushima, Japan. Inspired by local symbols such as Akabeko (a traditional red cow), peaches, and cherry blossoms, the character softens the image of government services and welcomes jobseekers of all ages. We designed the core character, miniature figures, signage, gifts, staff tools, and campaign posters to create consistent, approachable touchpoints from the reception desk to seminars, online support, and community outreach.

本プロジェクトでは、福島県のハローワークのために、親しみやすいマスコットキャラクターとビジュアル・アイデンティティシステムを開発しました。赤べこ、桃、桜といった地元のシンボルから着想を得たこのキャラクターは、行政サービスの堅いイメージを和らげ、あらゆる世代の求職者を温かく迎え入れています。キャラクターをはじめ、サイン、ノベルティ、スタッフ用ツール、キャンペーンポスターなどをデザインしました。受付窓口からセミナー、オンラインサポート、地域活動に至るまで、一貫して親しみやすく、安心感のある接点を作り出しました。
